	Juniper is excited to announce a new concept to Ottawa's dining scene
	Escape from one of Ottawa's cold dark winter nights! Some of Ottawa’s Elite chefs will enchant you! Tantalizing your taste buds, pleasing your palate, and exciting your soul with innovative, culinary creations. Juniper has challenged their colleagues to a duel; January 11, 2010 through to March 2010. Each Monday evening, Juniper will play host to a different competing kitchen from the Ottawa region. Each Chef and his team will have a set time to produce a three course tasting menu. The menu will be served to guests, and a panel of judges. TICKET PRICES Tickets prices are $135.00+tax and gratuity, per person, food and beverages included. Proceeds from the event donated to local charities. Each guest will receive drinks in the lounge while enjoying canapé creations from the Juniper team (this will not be a competition plate). Your dining experience will consist of; three course tasting menu from each of the two teams. Each course will be paired with our showcase wine selections for the evening. Your vote will count when deciding the winner of the evening.
